Murray Engineering Software & Analysis LLC agrees to provide engineering software development, analysis, and consulting services as outlined in the specific proposal or agreement signed by the client. These services may include custom software development, engineering analysis, simulation and modeling, and technical consulting.
The Client agrees to provide necessary access to systems, data, and specifications required to perform the services. Delays in providing these assets may result in timeline adjustments.
Fees for services are due as per the schedule outlined in the project proposal. Murray Engineering Software & Analysis LLC reserves the right to pause work or withhold deliverables if payments are not made within the agreed timeframe.
Upon full payment, the Client owns the rights to all software, documentation, and deliverables produced specifically for their project. Murray Engineering Software & Analysis LLC retains the right to use anonymized project information for case studies and self-promotion unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the service contract. The Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.
Murray Engineering Software & Analysis LLC is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or revenue resulting from third-party software, platform changes, or service interruptions outside our control.
